How does it work?
Quote
Once we receive your inquiry, one of our Aviation Advisors will verify which are the best solutions available that fit your requirements amongst our network and portfolio.
Acceptance
After confirming an option, you will receive a contract that can be signed electronically, on your computer or smartphone, and downloaded as pdf document.
Payment
Following the agreement, you will receive an invoice that can be paid choosing one of our different payment methods available that suits you best.
Itinerary
At the completion of the booking process , you will receive the initial itinerary with the main flight schedule information such as flight time, FBO etc. A final itinerary including all crew information for your trip will be sent to you at least 24 hrs before the flight.
Through the whole booking process, all the way to after you reach your destination, you will always have the guidance and support of your Aviation Advisor, available 24/7.
